IP lawyer by training, Attorney-at-law admitted before the Supreme Court, European Trademark and Design Attorney, for over twenty years I have specialized in IP risk analysis and litigation.

I focus particularly on online counterfeiting and on the relationship between IP and new technologies like AI, NFT and Blockchain.

In 2018, I co-founded Luppi Legal to consolidate, both in court and out of court, the IP legal assistance and consultancy services provided by the holding company Luppi Intellectual Property.

By a multidisciplinary approach with my colleagues of Luppi IP, I greet with enthusiasm and energy the new challenges that clients bring.
